The electronics- quality pliers made in Schmalkalden have the following structure:
- The clamp body is made of drop forged tool steel
- The pliers have a box-joint low backlash - a proven design and technology from Germany
- The blades are adjusted by hand and processed to ensure edge-to DIN
- The entire body is coated tongs
- A long life of cutting pliers is achieved by an additional inductive hardening of the cutting
- The shrink-wrapped double leaf spring spring opening easier than handling and operation of the forceps - fatigue-free work
- The examination of the cutting performance is according to DIN 40 080
- All suppliers of electronic parts come from German pincers production
- The surfaces of the pincers are depending on the version, polished or sanded
- When coatings are two component handle grips, handles or used soft PVC-dipped coatings
It should be noted that the little nippers electronics (total length 110 and 115) are sensitive to overload. Therefore, always take the largest possible pair of pliers. Use at the front, side and diagonal cutters pliers just to please the allowable cut wire diameter.
It will be offered with different cutting nippers design.
- Without bevel cutting from 0.0 to 0.1 for small wire diameters and fret cut
- Cutter with small bevel from 0.2 to 0.4 for medium wire cross-sections and almost flush cutting
- Cutting bevel with normal 0.6 to 0.9 for large wire sizes - universally applicable (insensitive to cut-outs)
